针对动车组在高速行驶过程中可能存在运行不平稳的问题,设计了一种动车组平稳检测装置,描述了硬件架构和软件实现方法,能够有效检测出各种平稳性指标并上传网络,在实时监控列车运行状态的同时也可以为道路检修提供数据支撑。此外,检测主机具备实时自检和冗余切换功能,进一步提高了系统的可靠性,能够满足动车组的应用需求。
Abstract:Aiming at the unstable state which may exists in high-speed running of EMU, a kind of stationary detection device for EMU is designed. This paper describes the hardware architecture and software implementation methods. This device can effectively detect all kinds of stability indicators and upload them to the network, monitor the running state of the train in real time and also provide data support for later maintenance. In addition, the detection host has the functions of real-time self-checking and redundant switching,which further improves the reliability of the system and can meet the application requirements of EMU.
