以曲轴有限元模型为基础 ,建立了包括活塞、连杆、飞轮和减振器皮带轮在内的三维实体曲轴系统多体动力学模型。通过进行曲轴系统在发动机工作状态下的柔性多体动力学仿真计算 ,求出了柴油机在不同工况下的扭矩输出特性和各主轴承在一个工作循环内的载荷变化情况 ,分析了曲轴在实际安装和运行状态下的扭振响应特性 ,并将计算与实测的结果进行了比较 ,证明柔性多体动力学仿真分析的结果是可靠的
Abstract:Based on the FEA model of crankshaft system, a multi-body dynamics model of the flexible crankshaft system of a diesel engine is established. The piston, connecting road, fly wheel and torsional damper are also included in the crankshaft system. Through the dynamics analysis of the crankshaft system, the torque output of the engine with different loads is obtained and, the torsional vibration and the reaction forces of main bearing of the crankshaft system are analyzed. The simulation results are proved to be reliable by the comparison with the engine experiments.
