和谐号动车组基础制动装置是高速列车在制动系统其他制动措施失效情况下的最后一道安全保障。在分析高速动车组基础制动装置基本要求的基础上,介绍了和谐号动车组基础制动装置的工作原理、组成、选型原则及试验方法。
Abstract：The foundation braking equipment of HeXie EMU is the last security equipment in case of other braking measurement equipment failure in the braking system of high-speed train.Some work principle,component parts,selection principle,and its test measurement are introduced based on analyzing the basic requirement of the foundation braking equipment in the paper.
